Kettle Decommissioning & pump out

Quick and Professional Service

Zinco International provide our customers with the option to transfer the entirety of their kettle into our custom built zinc moulds. This could be done for a number of reasons such as a long term project, meaning there is less use for holding the zinc in a liquid state. It could also be undertaken where a kettle is being decommissioned and it is important to remove as much zinc as possible.

We offer this service across Europe.

Key benefits of this service

  • Removal of all of the zinc from your kettle, making sure you maximise the revenue from the reclaimed zinc.
  • Custom tapered moulds make for easier removal of zinc blocks.
  • Lower risk alternative than using barrels to hold zinc as no risk of splitting or fume from burning paint.
  • Professional team ensure the safety of you and your team at all times.
  • Custom solutions for all factories.

Zinco International provide our customers with the quickest, safest method of transferring zinc undertaken by a highly experienced team of professionals. From the initial planning to the final pumpout we will be available to assist you with your project.
